SALES MANAGER

Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5–10 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics

2. Proven experience handling shipments to America and Europe

3. Strong understanding of import and export processes, documentation and compliance

4. Fluent in English, both written and spoken

5. Highly motivated, eager to learn, hardworking, and goal-oriented

6. Stay ahead of the market by analyzing industry trends

7. Uphold the highest standards of integrity by ensuring full compliance with the company’s code of ethics and all applicable Indonesia regulations

8. Track and evaluate sales performance through key metrics, preparing clear and insightful reports on activities, forecasts, and results to support effective management decision making.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive and timely communication

2. Ensure full compliance with the company’s code of ethics as well as Indonesia laws and regulations

3. Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals to expand market

4. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies

5. Monitor key sales performance indicators and prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results for management review.

SALES SUPPORT

Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics

2. Proven experience handling shipments Export and Import

3. Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken is a must

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

5. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or similar tools

7. Highly motivated, eager to learn, hardworking, and goal-oriented

8. Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or logistics operations (freight forwarding experience is an advantage)

Responsibilities

1. Build strong customer relationships through proactive, solution oriented, and responsive communication, ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint

2. Ensure full compliance with the company’s code of ethics as well as Indonesia laws and regulations

3. High level administrative, analytical to the Director’s business

4. Provide general administrative support to the Director as needed, including scheduling, coordination, and shipments follow-ups

5. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies
