Travel Team Supervisor

Job Purpose

Lead the travel team in delivering efficient and personalized travel arrangements for transactional clients. Ensure operational excellence, team coordination, and continuous improvement in service delivery.

Accountabilities:

Strategy

• Support the development of streamlined processes for handling transactional travel services.

• Collaborate with the Leisure Manager to align team goals with operational objectives.

• Monitor service quality and client feedback to identify areas for improvement.

• Contribute to the enhancement of travel products and service offerings.

Execute

• Oversee the planning and execution of standard travel requests including hotel bookings, transfers, and simple itineraries.

• Ensure all client communications and service arrangements are handled accurately and efficiently.

• Manage team workflows and delegate tasks to Travel Curators.

• Resolve operational issues and ensure timely delivery of services.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Leadership

• Supervise and mentor Travel Curators, fostering a collaborative and service-oriented team culture.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Lead by example in client service and operational efficiency.

• Represent the travel team in internal meetings and cross- cross-departmental collaborations and contribute to a positive team culture.
