IT QA Lead (Adobe Experience Manager – Global Sites)

Job Summary

We are looking for a QA Lead to manage quality assurance for 79+ global AEM websites. You will lead the QA team, drive release quality, and work closely with global stakeholders to ensure stable and high-quality website operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy, processes, and quality governance.

• Define test plans, regression scope, and release quality gates.

• Manage and mentor QA testers and automation engineers.

• Plan team resources, tasks, and performance KPIs.

• Coordinate release schedules, risks, and communication with HQ.

• Provide QA reports and maintain dashboards.

• Oversee defect triage, severity validation, and RCA improvements.

• Ensure SLA compliance for high-priority (P0/P1) issues.

• Validate AEM workflows, components, SEO, API, Search, and Commerce features.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years experience in QA (minimum 2 years as QA Lead).

• Strong understanding of regression planning, Agile, and release workflows.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and risk analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Automation tools (Katalon or Playwright / Selenium).

• Experience with AEM or other CMS platforms.

• Knowledge of CDN, caching, and SEO testing.

• Experience working with global teams or multi-site environments.
