Junior Accounting Staff

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Accounting Staff to join our dedicated finance team at PT Berkah Bekasi Ops' in Bekasi, West Java. This is a full-time role that will be responsible for supporting our accounting operations and contributing to the overall financial health of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including processing invoices, receipts, and payments

• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements

• Performing data entry and reconciliation tasks to ensure the integrity of our accounting systems

• Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective financial management

• Adhering to all relevant accounting regulations and internal policies

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

• At least 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the Accounts Officers/Clerks sub-industry

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records

• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• A proactive and problem-solving mindset
