Senior Accounting Staff

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team at PT Berkah Bekasi Ops' in Bekasi, West Java. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing a range of complex accounting tasks to support the overall financial operations of the company. This is a full-time position that offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports

• Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of internal controls and accounting policies

• Provide support for financial audits and respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of financial information

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in the Financial Accounting & Reporting industry

• Proficient in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports

• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, standards, and regulations

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders

• Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
