Your mission at Sistema.bio:
Reporting to the Africa Project Manager, you will lead in the expansion of technical operations in Morocco, ensuring that installation standards are strictly adhered to, partner technicians are well-trained, customer satisfaction (Net Promoter Score - NPS) exceeds 50%, all partner installers are certified, quality audits consistently achieve a rate above 90%, and installations are completed within the stipulated time frame.
You’ll be in charge of:
Partner capacity building:
- Training, ensuring that partner technicians complete all mandatory learning tracks before certification including farmer safety.
- Ensuring that partners have the resources and knowledge needed for effective project execution.
- Conducting Level 1 data training for all partner technicians to ensure data entry consistency and accuracy.
- Providing ongoing technical support to partners, including areas such as warehousing, inventory management, weekly technical planning, logistics, and general operational improvements.
- Identifying training needs and developing training plans for partner teams in collaboration with the Africa Project Manager.
- Periodic reviews with partners on progress, challenges and respective training needs to ensure they are addressed in time.
- Support in identifying suitable implementation partners and/or local suppliers when needed.
Partner Quality compliance audits :
- Conducting regular site visits to ensure that partners adhere to company biogas system installation standards and guidelines.
- Tracking and monitoring the ongoing performance of certified technicians to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Verifying compliance with technical specifications and best practices to maintain consistency and quality.
- Providing feedback and guidance to partners to address any identified compliance issues.
- Coordinating with partners to make necessary adjustments based on user feedback to improve the project experience.
- Ensuring timely and accurate data collection, reviewing data for quality and identifying opportunities to enhance project efficiency through data-driven insights.
Promote customer satisfaction:
- Implementing strategies to achieve a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 50 or higher among project beneficiaries.
- Gathering feedback from end-users and identifying areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating with partners to make necessary adjustments based on user feedback to improve the project experience.
Data Management:
- Ensuring timely and accurate data collection, reviewing data for quality and identifying opportunities to enhance project efficiency through data-driven insights.
- Supporting Sistema.bio and Partners in carbon data collection.
More about YOU:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, renewable energy, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of general experience with minimum 1 years of Operational, Team Management and leadership experience.
- Excellent Project Management experience.
- Problem-solving and Decision-making.
- Field Operations Knowledge.
- Technical Competence.
- Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills.
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach and collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient with digital working tools like G-suite and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to a strong team culture, build and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to work with a multicultural team.
- Arabic & French native speaker who is also fluent in English.
- A valid driving license.
Other important details:
- This is a full-time position based in Morocco.
- We offer a hybrid work model.
- Starting as soon as possible.
- This role entails 50% of domestic travel.
