Your mission at Sistema.bio:

Reporting to the Africa Director, in this role you will lead, train, and drive the performance of technical teams across different countries in the Africa region. You will be responsible for the high quality of our installations and the high quality of our user training, leading to high customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for the operational budget and managing operation unit cost objectives. You will be responsible for Health & Safety, logistics, inventory, and project performance.

You’ll be in charge of:

  • Managing, training, and making proper tools and processes available to the team to get high customer satisfaction across regions.
  • Driving high-quality installations following Sistema.bio standards across different regions; an actor in improving Sistema.bio standards.
  • Offering safe work conditions to the team.
  • Implementing and continuously improving the training plan following the standard training curriculum.
  • Developing budgets and respecting the unit cost targets across regions.
  • Maintaining On Time and accurate inventory and logistics management.
  • Ensuring efficient management of productive projects including client training folders, cost control, and the systematic implementation and respect of the Gant chart.
  • Leading management of specific projects involving partners or new process development and implementation.

More about YOU:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Industrial engineering, with relevant certification and experience in project management.
  • Experience in managing team and field operations with at least 3 hierarchy levels, including training.
  • Good technical skills and understanding.
  • Experienced in logistics and inventory Management.
  • Experienced in customer care.
  • Good Computer skills: Word, Excel, basic skills in using databases such as Salesforce.
  • A biogas experience if preferred.
  • Good team management skills.
  • Good planning skills.
  • Good Oral and written communication skills.

  • This is a full-time position based in Nairobi, Kenya.
  • We offer a hybrid work model.
  • This role will entail Travelling which form 30% of the time.
