Your mission at Sistema.bio:
The Social Media Associate is responsible for the development and execution of social media strategies for Sistema.bio. Create engaging content, optimize company pages, and foster community interaction. With expertise in social media marketing and analytics, drive customer engagement, website traffic, lead generation and revenue growth for digital channels.
You’ll be in charge of:
- Building, implementing and measuring the success of organic and paid social media strategy.
- Co-designing with the marketing team the monthly social media content ((copy & captions)) based on the digital marketing strategy; and coordinating with creative teams to produce graphic, video and interactive media elements.
- Scheduling, and posting the monthly social media content to be 100% visible on our platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, IG, FB, YouTube).
- Engaging with various audiences, farmers, institutions, followers and team members to build community engagement in digital channels for Sistema.bio and channel prospects and opportunities to our partners network in the region.
- Reviewing metrics dashboards to improve campaign performance and perform monthly social media KPIs and analysis reports.
- Ensuring the brand's messaging, visuals, values, and overall identity remain uniform and cohesive across all channels and touchpoints, both online and offline.
More about YOU:
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- You have 3+ years of work experience in digital advertising and community management.
- You have experience in paid social campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Ads.
- You are passionate about taking care of the customers and making sure they have a great experience.
- You have a sharp sense of what makes a story shareable and you have brilliant storytelling skills.
- You can work in a multicultural team.
- You are deeply analytical and use data/consumer insights to drive decision-making.
- You are a digital native who loves to be on top of digital trends and has a natural talent for finding out about how digital platforms work.
- You have basic knowledge of video editing.
- You have basic knowledge of graphic design Adobe Suite software (Canvas, Photoshop and Illustrator).
- You have basic skills in photography.
