Our biodigesters empower farmers to convert waste into renewable energy and organic fertilizer, allowing them to reduce their carbon footprint, increase productivity, and operate more efficiently.

By providing access to innovative biodigester technology, is dedicated to addressing the interconnected challenges of poverty, food security, and climate change. We are on a mission to reduce 1% of annual GHG emissions 🌱 🌏.

Your mission at

Develop and grow's new product line: Sistema.soil. Work with a team that creates agricultural inputs, fertilizers and services to support farmers in a transition to regenerative, climate-adaptive systems that improve long term diversity, efficiency and production value. Build in Mexico to scale to our global markets, starting with Kenya and India.

You’ll be in charge of:

  • Lead our emerging business unit in close collaboration with the CEO.
  • Develop tailored agronomic approaches and oversee interventions on behalf of the company.
  • Prepare and execute the commercial launch of Sistema.soil (develop the strategy, business plan, budget, launch strategy).
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and expand Sistema.soil services and products.
  • Generate reports and presente findings to management, clients, or other interested parties.
  • Manage and grow a multi-cultural global team of agronomists.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Develop the operations manual for Sistema.soil production hubs (design, systems, infrastructure and processes).

More about you:

  • Master Degree in Business Administration or similar.
  • At least 10 years of business / entrepreneurial experience in the Global South, and at least 4 years of experience working on soil and crop principles.
  • Technical knowledge in overall cropping system, agronomy, seed production and data generation for field crops.
  • Passionate about working hands-on in the field with diverse teams in Latin America, Africa and India.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proven-track record of setting up and launching innovative business models or processes within a rural and international context.
  • High proficiency with computers, especially MS Office, GSuite.
  • Excellent project management skills to deliver goals in a complex organization (cross functional, cross-sites) and technical environment.
  • 100% bilingual in English and Spanish.
