We are seeking a strategic, results-driven, and empathetic leader to serve as leader of EMEA Outbound Prospecting and Manager of the North Business Development Team (UK, DACHEE). This dual leadership role combines ownership of outbound pipeline generation processes across EMEA with direct management of the North region’s Business Development team to drive pipeline creation and accelerate revenue growth.
You will be responsible for shaping outbound prospecting strategies for the full EMEA BD organization (including direct and dotted-line reports), while leading a team of direct reports in the North region to deliver pipeline targets. This role requires a balance of strategic vision, operational excellence, and hands-on leadership to enable high-performing teams and align outbound efforts with regional business priorities.
In This Role You Will..
Outbound Prospecting Leadership (EMEA-wide)
• Own and optimize outbound prospecting processes across EMEA, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with revenue goals.
• Define outbound strategy, including multi-channel cadences, persona-based messaging, and ABX tactics leveraging tools like Outreach, 6sense, and AI-powered prospecting platforms.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to align outbound campaigns with market priorities and ensure seamless lead flow.
• Monitor and refine outbound performance through data-driven insights, improving conversion rates and pipeline quality.
• Champion innovation in outbound outreach, leveraging intent data and advanced segmentation to maximize engagement.
Manager, North Region Business Development (UK, DACHEE)
• Directly manage, coach, and enable the North Business Development team to achieve pipeline targets and support regional sales objectives.
• Provide ongoing development plans, feedback, and 1:1 coaching to foster career growth and high performance.
• Drive accountability for pipeline creation through accurate Salesforce and Outreach tracking, ensuring predictable output.
• Collaborate closely with regional sales leadership to align BD efforts with territory plans and strategic accounts.
Team Enablement & Culture
• Lead enablement sessions to elevate skills in objection handling, discovery, and strategic outbound outreach.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-energy team culture focused on shared success, continuous learning, and innovation.
• Champion process improvements and operational excellence across both outbound and regional BD motions.
Market & Business Insight
• Develop deep understanding of EMEA market dynamics, customer personas, and competitive landscape to guide outbound strategy.
• Act as a voice of the market, providing insights to shape messaging, product positioning, and go-to-market approaches.
You've got what it takes if you have...
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Development leadership within a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Proven success in outbound pipeline creation, team development, and achieving pipeline/revenue targets.
• Expertise in outbound prospecting strategies, AI prospecting tools, and ABX tactics leveraging intent platforms (e.g., 6sense, Clay).
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.

The starting salary for the successful applicant will depend on several job-related factors, including education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, and market demands.
