Job Description: Associate AI Engineer

Location: Office Based – Hyderabad

We are looking for a motivated and curious Associate AI Engineer to join our team and
contribute to building intelligent talent technology solutions. This role is ideal for earlycareer
engineers who are passionate about AI and want to gain hands-on experience working
on real-world enterprise SaaS products.
You will collaborate with experienced engineers and learn how machine learning models,
large language models (LLMs), and recommendation systems power next-generation
workforce solutions.

In this role, you will…
• Support the development and testing of AI-driven features within Workforce Agility
products, including AI-native capabilities using Generative AI.
• Assist in implementing machine learning models under guidance, including NLP and
recommendation system components.
• Help collect, clean, and preprocess datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Participate in experiments using AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or
Hugging Face.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented Python or Java code.
• Contribute to debugging, performance tuning, and basic model evaluation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Research emerging AI tools and best practices and share learnings with the team.

You’ve got what it takes if you have…
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Python or Java programming.
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning,
model evaluation, feature engineering).
• Exposure to NLP, recommendation systems, or Generative AI (academic projects or
internships count).
• Familiarity with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.
