The Senior Marketing Specialist supports the delivery of marketing programs designed to drive new logo pipeline activity in Japan. The role focuses on the coordination, localisation, and execution support of Japan-specific programs aligned to regional GTM priorities, with particular emphasis on executive engagement, events, and partner supported activities within a highly localised, relationship driven market. In this role you will: • Support delivery of approved marketing programs and events in Japan, including executive roundtables, industry and third-party events, partner-supported programs, and webinars. • Coordinate localisation and activation of campaigns and ABX programs in partnership with shared marketing services, including asset adaptation, localised support, and execution coordination. • Coordinate program execution requirements, including timelines, logistics, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. • Provide accurate and timely inputs for CRM updates, reporting processes, pipeline tracking, and post-program reviews. • Coordinate operational requirements for approved vendors, partners, and program suppliers. • Localise messaging, content, and program formats to ensure cultural relevance and in-market credibility. • Align program execution with Japan Sales, BDRs, and Alliances on priority accounts, follow-up actions, and engagement activities. • Ensure post-program follow-up actions are completed and tracked. • Escalate execution risks, delivery issues, or market constraints to the Senior Marketing Manager. Measures of Success • ≥95% of planned Japan marketing programs delivered on time • ≥95% accuracy in CRM, campaign, and reporting inputs • Engagement of ≥30% of named target accounts through Japan programs per quarter • ≥90% of programs with follow-up actions completed within 10 business days • Positive Sales and partner feedback on execution quality You've got what it takes if you: • Have 2–3 years’ experience in B2B marketing execution, preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology • Experience supporting field, event, or campaign activity in Japan or similarly high-localisation markets • Hands-on experience using marketing and CRM tools, including Asana (or equivalent), Marketo (or equivalent MAP) • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high cultural fluency • Comfortable working with Sales teams, partners, and shared marketing services • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
