Senior Customer Advocacy Engagement Manager (EMEA) Poland, Remote The Senior Customer Advocacy Engagement Manager (EMEA) will develop and execute Cornerstone’s customer advocacy programs across the EMEA region, with a focus on customer case studies (written and video), customer references, sourcing customer speakers for events and campaigns, and supporting our sales and marketing teams with customer programs. Reporting to the global Senior Director of Customer Advocacy and Engagement, this role is critical in fostering meaningful relationships with EMEA customers, amplifying their successes, and strengthening their connection to the Cornerstone brand. This position requires a hands-on, customer-focused individual contributor who excels at building customer relationships, producing high-quality advocacy content, and identifying the right customer voices for the right moments. In this role you will… • Develop and execute EMEA customer advocacy programs, identifying and nurturing customer champions for case studies, video testimonials, references, and speaking opportunities at events and virtually. • Write and produce customer case studies (written and video) that highlight EMEA customer success stories and business outcomes. • Build and maintain a pipeline of customer references to support sales, marketing, and other business needs across the region. • Source, vet, and prepare customer speakers for EMEA events, webinars, panels, and virtual sessions. • Collaborate with regional marketing, sales, and customer success teams to identify advocacy opportunities and align priorities. • Support the global customer advocacy team as needed on cross-regional initiatives, campaigns, and reporting. • Track and report on the impact of EMEA advocacy activities, demonstrating contribution to customer retention, satisfaction, and pipeline. • Monitor customer feedback to refine advocacy approaches and continuously improve program quality. You've got what it takes if you have… • 6–8 years of experience in customer advocacy, marketing, communications, or a related field, preferably in B2B technology. • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Strong storytelling and writing skills, with demonstrated experience producing customer case studies and video content. • Experience managing a portfolio of customer references and matching customers to sales or marketing needs. • Proven ability to identify, prepare, and coach customer speakers for public-facing events and panels. • A collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer success teams. • Proven ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, earning trust and credibility at all levels. • Experience tracking and reporting the effectiveness of advocacy programs. • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. • Comfortable working within a global team structure, supporting initiatives beyond the EMEA region as needed. • Familiarity with regional nuances across EMEA markets. • Fluent in English; additional European languages (French, German, Spanish, etc.) strongly preferred. • Strong speaking and facilitation skills to host customer panels and sessions in English and, ideally, other languages.
