About the Role As part of the Cornerstone University team, the Enablement Marketing Campaigns Manager leads marketing and communications for Cornerstone’s customer education business. You’ll connect Marketing, Product Marketing, Product, Enablement, Customer Success, and Community teams through shared planning, clear communications, and coordinated campaigns. You’ll help customers discover and engage with learning and community programs throughout their journey, supporting activation, retention, and growth. This is an influence-led role: success depends on building alignment and driving coordinated work across teams, not formal authority. This role is based in India, with teammates based in global geographic hubs. Weekday hours require flexing to provide overlap with members in EMEA and the Americas. Key Responsibilities: Integrated Marketing Calendar: Own an integrated marketing calendar connecting Cornerstone University programs to product releases, strategic launches, lifecycle campaigns, events, and community activity. Establish a planning cadence across stakeholders, creating shared visibility, accountability, and coordination. Identify conflicts, gaps, and dependencies early; influence decisions on prioritization, sequencing, and positioning. Map education and community touchpoints across onboarding, adoption, expansion, renewal, and advocacy; work with Customer Success and Cornerstone University to address gaps. Campaign Creation, Segmentation and Personalization: Support customer and learner personas that reflect audience needs, nuances, and opportunities. Partner with Marketing Operations and Data teams to segment learners by role, product, maturity, and account-health signals. Plan and coordinate personalized, telemetry-triggered campaigns and nurture journeys using a marketing automation or journey-orchestration platform. Know when to use AI to support development of content creation within brand guardrails; personalize campaigns at scale, with the discernment to leverage AI-driven segmentation and send-time optimization. Review copy for accuracy, relevance, tone, bias, and brand fit, using sound judgment before publication. Cornerstone U Product Marketing: Develop positioning and messaging for Cornerstone University and Community programs to increase activation across learning, certification, and digital experiences. Plan and support launches for courses, certifications, learning paths, and community programs across internal and external channels. Elevate the Cornerstone University brand internally through campaigns that engage employees in education and community offerings. Build the foundation for Cornerstone University product marketing, including learner personas, messaging frameworks, and program measurement. What Success Looks Like: With the first 90 days, develop targets and reporting definitions will be agreed with stakeholders using available baselines and data. Launch integrated planning motion within the first three months, including a current, shared marketing calendar connects education initiatives with product releases, launches, lifecycle programs, events, and community activity. Secure initial stakeholder alignment on the integrated calendar, with planning and communications following a consistent cadence, with clear ownership and fewer late-discovered conflicts or dependencies. Campaign-driven activation and enrollment: Campaigns contribute to increased activation and enrollment in relevant learning, certification, and community programs. Certification enrollment and completion improve against agreed targets. Customer progress: Learners move into higher Customer Engagement Expertise bands, with progress tracked against an agreed baseline within the first year. Measured impact: Campaigns are evaluated using holdout groups where feasible, alongside A/B tests, to distinguish campaign impact from organic activity. Audience relevance: Segmentation, AI-supported personalization, and testing inform campaign decisions and improve the customer experience. Required Experience: 5–7 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or program management. Hands-on experience with a marketing automation or journey-orchestration platform, such as Marketo or Gainsight Journey Orchestrator. Experience leading cross-functional programs with competing priorities and influencing stakeholders without direct authority. Experience building planning systems—such as roadmaps, calendars, playbooks, or frameworks—that support a scalable operating rhythm. Experience coordinating product launches or release readiness. Practical experience using AI tools for content creation and personalization, with the judgment to discern and refine both the output and the outcome. Comfort with segmentation, campaign data, dashboards, and measurement approaches such as holdout groups and A/B testing. Strong writing skills and the ability to tailor messaging, tone, and detail to different audiences. Ability to work regular overlap hours with US-based teams. Preferred Experience: Experience in B2B SaaS marketing. Experience with customer education, academies, certifications, or training programs. Background in Customer Success, Enablement, or community marketing. AI Continuous Learning: Uses AI tools in their own work and can show an example where AI changed how the work is done, not just how fast. Evaluates AI output critically for accuracy, bias, privacy and data handling, and knows when a human must decide. Actively explores internal (Cornerstone AI) and external tools, brings recommendations to the team, and retires tools and processes that do not earn their place. Keeps skills current through communities, certifications, hands-on experimentation and industry learning, and shares what they learn with the team. How You Work: Customer obsessed: Start with the problem, not the tool. Innovate and transform: Challenge the status quo and retire systems and processes that do not earn their place. Proactive leadership: See problems and act before being asked. Get it done: Ship, measure and iterate. Forward looking: Plan for where technology and the business are going. AI native: Use AI daily to rethink work, not just accelerate it. Get uncomfortable to succeed: Take on hard, ambiguous problems and stay with them. #LI-Onsite
