Certification Platform Specialist (LMS (Learning Solutions) Implementation/Administration Specialist | Hybrid | Hyderabad or Pune At Cornerstone, we believe in AI that works in the service of people, amplifying their judgment to drive high-performing, future-ready organizations forward. Cornerstone Workforce AI™, the intelligence platform for workforce readiness, brings together workforce and labor market data into a proprietary Cornerstone People Graph™, translating signals into intelligence, targeting learning where it matters, developing critical skills, and surfacing hidden talent. Delivered as an open, enterprise platform across whatever application your people work in every day, Cornerstone Workforce AI is built for scale, security, and trust, with certified AI guardrails. As an industry leader, Cornerstone is helping approximately 7,000 organizations, 140M+ users, across 186 countries build continuous workforce readiness. About the Role The Certification Platforms Specialist owns the technology behind the Cornerstone Certification Program and is on the critical path for launching paid, proctored credentials in January 2027. You implement, integrate, and run the credentialing stack (Credly, the proctoring platform, the Cornerstone LMS, e-commerce, and Salesforce) so candidates can buy, take, pass, and renew credentials with minimal manual effort, and so credential data reaches partner and account records accurately. You also manage the vendors behind these platforms and turn program needs into clear functional requirements. In This Role You Will Implement and run proctoring on two Cornerstone LMS instances, working with the proctoring vendor’s implementation team to meet the January 2027 launch. Configure e-commerce for paid exams on the internal certification portal, including pricing, checkout, and receipts. Set up and manage voucher creation and redemption for partners in the Cornerstone partner program and its partner tiers. Configure and maintain Training Models functionality in the LMS for certification paths, and own LMS maintenance for certification (configuration, testing, and release-driven updates) in partnership with LMS platform owners. Administer Credly, including badge templates, issuance rules, expirations, and connections to program workflows. Build and maintain integrations (APIs and webhooks) between Credly, the proctoring vendor, the LMS, and Salesforce so credential data reaches partner and account records, following the integration standards set by the Product Manager and Architect, Enablement Experiences. Act as data steward for certification data: own data quality, definitions, and the data feed to the Strategy Operations team. Keep every exam and certification configuration compliant within 3 weeks of each major Cornerstone release, working with the Instructional Designer (Assessment Programs). Manage relationships with Credly, the proctoring vendor, and other platform vendors, including service levels, escalations, renewals, and roadmap input, and translate program needs into functional requirements, test plans, and acceptance criteria. Serve as the technical escalation point for certification issues raised through Cornerstone Community, the program mailbox, and ServiceNow, and document configurations, integrations, and runbooks. Monitor proctoring for exam integrity, including AI identity verification results and signs of AI-enabled cheating, and escalate incidents to the Certification Team Lead. Identify, test, and implement AI-enabled automation for routine operational work; measure impact and retire unnecessary manual processes. Automate badge issuance, annual renewals, and reminder communications end to end, and review routine platform tasks each quarter to automate or retire them. Build AI-assisted candidate support (such as a support assistant and suggested responses) to deflect routine technical tickets, with human oversight for complex cases. Continuously maps the routine and repeatable tasks within this role, identifies automation opportunities using AI and workflow tools, proposes and implements solutions, and measures whether the automation delivers the expected time and quality improvement. Perform other duties as assigned. What Success Looks Like Launch: Paid, proctored credentials live on both LMS instances by the January 2027 launch date. Automation: Median time from passing result to badge issued under 48 hours, and 90% or more of renewals fully automated within 12 months of launch. Release compliance: 100% of exams compliant within 3 weeks of each major Cornerstone release. Support and AI transformation: First response to technical tickets within 1 business day and 85% resolved within 3 business days, with routine ticket volume down 30% through AI-assisted support. Data quality: Accuracy of the credential data feed to the Strategy Operations team and Salesforce: 100% of pass records result in a correctly issued badge and an accurate record in Salesforce within 48 hours of exam completion, with discrepancies flagged and resolved within 3 business days. You Have Got What it Takes If You Have 5+ years administering and implementing learning or certification platforms (implementation, not only support). Hands-on experience with digital badging (Credly or similar) and online proctoring platforms. Experience building or maintaining integrations using REST APIs and webhooks, including Salesforce data. LMS administration experience, including configuration and release testing. Experience managing vendors and writing functional requirements. Strong data management skills with attention to accuracy. Ability to evaluate AI outputs and apply sound judgment about when a human must decide. Preferred Experience Cornerstone LMS administration. E-commerce or payment configuration for training or certification. Experience with AI identity verification and remote proctoring security. Scripting or workflow automation experience (such as Python or Power Automate). Experience launching a new certification or credential program. AI Continuous Learning Automates issuance, renewals, and reminders, builds AI-assisted candidate support that deflects routine tickets, and understands AI identity verification and AI-enabled cheating risks in proctoring. Uses AI tools every day in their own work and can show an example where AI changed how the work is done, not just how fast. Evaluates AI output critically for accuracy, bias, privacy and data handling, and knows when a human must decide. Actively explores internal (Cornerstone AI) and external tools, brings recommendations to the team, and retires tools and processes that do not earn their place. Keeps skills current through communities, certifications, hands-on experimentation and industry learning, and shares what they learn with the team. How You Work Customer obsessed: Start with the learner’s and the account’s problem, not the tool. Innovate and transform: Challenge the status quo and retire systems and processes that do not earn their place. Proactive leadership: See problems and act before being asked. Get it done: Ship, measure and iterate. Forward looking: Plan for where technology and the business are going. AI native: Use AI daily to rethink work, not just accelerate it. Get uncomfortable to succeed: Take on hard, ambiguous problems and stay with them.
