Senior Certification Content Developer (Assessments CSOD) | 3 Months Contract | Remote Location: India (work hours follow the UK or US workday) Type: Contract, 3 months Experience Level: Senior Summary The Contract Senior Certification Content Developer is a time-bound engagement supporting the rebuild of 9 Administrator role-based certification exams and practice tests aligned to Cornerstone's new unified architecture. This is a focused execution role requiring hands-on experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) single architecture and familiarity with credentialing and exam development practices. The contractor will work closely with the broader Certification team to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of exam content. In This Role You Will Review and refine existing exam blueprints to align with Cornerstone's new unified architecture, ensuring each blueprint accurately reflects updated role-based competencies and content domains Rebuild certification exams and practice tests based on revised blueprints, including revising existing items and writing new items from scratch where content gaps exist Apply hands-on knowledge of CSOD single architecture to inform blueprint decisions, item development, and platform-specific exam configuration requirements Manage assigned deliverables within established timelines, communicating progress proactively and escalating blockers as needed Review examination items and exam content for clarity, accuracy, and alignment to blueprint specifications prior to deployment Partner with subject matter experts to facilitate technical review of new and revised exam items, ensuring content accuracy and alignment to current platform functionality Maintain accurate documentation related to assigned development activities, including blueprint revision records, item inventories, and update logs You Have Got What it Takes If you Have Hands-on experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD), specifically the single/unified architecture Demonstrated experience in exam and assessment development, including item writing and blueprint design Familiarity with credentialing best practices and industry standards for exam development Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and revise content for clarity and accuracy Ability to manage multiple deliverables independently within a defined timeline Experience collaborating with subject matter experts for technical content review
