Job Title: Inside Sales and Customer Solutions Provider
Report To: SVP of Residential Business Development
SOURCE is looking for an Inside Sales and Customer Solutions Provider to join our “direct to Residential” team. This role requires a “problem solver” personality, someone who embraces challenges, possesses a high level of attention to detail, and is comfortable with web-based technologies. The individual must demonstrate initiative, be a proactive problem solver, have adaptability to embrace change, and the capability to complete assignments in a timely manner.
In this role, you will:
- Initiate regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction levels and promptly address any concerns or issues.
- Provide proactive support and share insights on how customers can maximize the value of our offerings.
- Identify opportunities for outreach efforts/signups and provide product education.
- Proactively identify and address challenges or concerns raised by customers, by collaborating with internal teams to find effective solutions.
- Serve as the escalation point for critical issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, areas of improvement, and up-selling opportunities.
- Advocate for customer needs and collaborate with the team to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Identify satisfied customers who can serve as a reference, testimonials, or case studies.
- Efficiently schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Dispatch service tickets and optimize schedules based on routes and technician availability.
- Oversee project schedules, collaborating across teams.
- Responsible for maximizing company resources, including technicians and equipment, to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Track key metrics, identify improvement areas, and develop customer success strategies.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

- Minimum of 2 years in/with construction, roofing/roofing product sales, plumbing, solar PV, solar thermal, or equivalent work experience.
- Inbound or outbound sales/customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), along with strong listening, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Personable and empathetic, capable of building strong customer rapport.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Comfortable with technology and phone systems, demonstrating a quick learning ability.
- Detail-oriented, with strong work ethic and adaptability.
