As we expand, we are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Manager Business Innovation (m/f/d) - a pivotal role in driving STABL’s strategic growth by preparing the company for its transition into a next value peak phase.

Your mission

How you can bring your talents to us:

• Develop STABL’s business strategies and innovative business models that align with our vision for its next value peak phase, ensuring they are scalable and aligned with market dynamics.
• Utilize structured frameworks to design, execute, and evaluate experiments that validate key hypotheses around customer value, business potential, and emerging market opportunities.
• Build and nurture high-impact relationships with C-suite executives across the battery value chain, including leaders from EV manufacturers, battery producers, recycling companies, and BESS integrators.
• Identify and validate critical pain points, business challenges, and opportunities among industry stakeholders, translating these insights into actionable strategies.
• Lead the identification and formation of strategic partnerships with industry leaders to launch transformative lighthouse projects that showcase STABL’s technology.
• Work closely with product management and cross-functional teams to ensure market insights and customer feedback are effectively integrated into product development and go-to-market strategies, aligning solutions with evolving customer and industry needs.

Your profile

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of professional experience in strategic business development, management consultancy or corporate strategy, with working experience in the field of (renewable) energy, energy utilities, or electric vehicles.
• Demonstrated success at building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with C-suite executives. Capable of articulating complex concepts, business models, and strategies in a clear, impactful manner that resonates with senior stakeholders.
• Experienced in business model innovation, hypothesis testing, and market validation through structured frameworks (e.g. Strategyzer’s "Field Guide for Rapid Experimentation" or "Value Proposition Design.")
• Understanding of the power market, particularly the economics, trends, and strategic use cases of battery energy storage systems, coupled with an ability to assess new market opportunities.
• Proven track record of managing and leading complex commercial negotiations and partnerships, particularly in corporate environments, with a focus on delivering high-impact, win-win outcomes.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and test hypotheses, identify market opportunities, and craft innovative solutions that address both short- and long-term business goals.
• Adept at using KPIs and data to generate actionable insights, guiding business decisions and shaping strategies that are both customer-centric and commercially viable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, fluent in both German and English, capable of delivering persuasive narratives to diverse audiences including senior executives, partners, and internal teams.
