Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role open in multiple cities.
The responsibilities include identifying and developing business opportunities, building robust client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role also involves managing negotiations, preparing proposals, and staying informed about market trends and competitors to refine business strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience in Negotiation, Strategic Planning, and Market Research
- Proficiency in Presentation Skills and Proposal Writing
- Knowledge of Green Building Materials and Sustainable Construction is an asset
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to meet goals and achieve key performance metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Relevant industry experience of minimum 2 years is desirable
