General Summary

Lead IOT platform leadership delivering on multiple projects

Key Responsibilities

• Experience dealing multiple life cycles of the project end-to-end right from Software conceptualization for new chipsets to product commercialization with customers
• Hands-on tech experience in Embedded Systems. Proficiency in coding, design and implementation. Coding experience in C/C+, Android/Linux, Drivers/Frameworks, end-to-end software stack
• Candidate is expected to lead multiple projects simultaneously on Qualcomm chipsets working with Project Engineers, Technology Leads, Product Marketing and business teams
  
  
  

Requirements

Bachelors/Masters degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Strong development experience with C/C++ and good programming skills in Embedded Systems

Past experience working in Android/Linux/Windows areas for Embedded Products

Strong communication skills and analytics skills

Strong understanding of SOC systems and related concepts, including bring-up.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Hands-on experience with troubleshooting software and system issues.

Strong hands-on experience with full software development life cycle including design, implementation, deployment and support.

Strong aptitude, quick learner, self-motivated, willing to explore and work across breadth of various technology areas.

Deductive problem solving, good verbal and written communication skills for collaboration across teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 8+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
  
  
  

OR

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 7+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

• 4+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
