General Summary

- Monitor program health and provide visibility into schedules, scope, risks, and key performance indicators.
- Build dashboards and reports summarizing progress, issues, and trends for leadership and team reviews.
- Coordinate updates across cross‑functional teams and consolidate information into clear summaries.
- Support readiness reviews, planning cycles, milestone tracking, and change‑impact analysis.
- Maintain accurate program data using tools such as spreadsheets, reporting dashboards, and issue‑tracking systems.
- Identify execution bottlenecks, drive follow‑ups, and support timely issue resolution.
Required:
- 5–8+ years of experience in program analysis, project coordination, or operations roles within software or technology environments.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, dashboards, data tools).
- Familiarity with issue‑tracking systems and basic software development workflows.
- Excellent communication and ability to work across globally distributed teams.
- Experience supporting software programs across multiple teams or product areas.
- Exposure to planning processes, milestone reviews, or governance routines.
- Ability to automate reports or data workflows (e.g., scripting, dashboard tools).
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
