General Summary

We are looking for a Junior Commodity Manager to support memory operations and supplier management for DRAM components. This role will focus on day-to-day execution, supplier coordination, and production continuity while learning and contributing to category strategy. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in supplier management and production operations, preferably in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operational activities with DRAM suppliers, including order placement, delivery tracking, and escalation management.
• Support commodity strategy execution by maintaining supplier alignment on cost, lead time, and allocation commitments.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure DRAM supply continuity for manufacturing and NPI builds.
• Assist in RFQ processes, cost analysis, and contract administration.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP systems (pricing, lead times, AVL updates).
• Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, and Supplier Quality to resolve supply issues and implement corrective actions.
• Track and report supplier performance metrics (on-time delivery, quality, responsiveness).
• Support risk mitigation plans during allocation or market volatility.
  
  
  

Qualifications Required

• 6+ years experience in supplier management and production operations.
• Familiarity with DRAM technologies and memory supply chain fundamentals.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  
  
  

Preferred

• Experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.
• Knowledge of AVL management, PCN processes, and basic contract terms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 6+ years of industry-specific experience in Procurement, Operations, or related work experience.
