General Summary:
Qualcomm’s IoT portfolio is rapidly expanding, with a growing emphasis on AI-driven solutions. We are seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who will play a critical role in supporting customers throughout the product lifecycle—from concept to launch—while driving adoption of Qualcomm’s AI-enabled IoT technologies. This position requires strong technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Equivalent to native Japanese language. Fluency in English write and conversation.
Project Management Skills And Presentation Skills Are Required.
Must be good team worker to establish good relationship b/w the customers and internal teams, but a strong negotiation skill is required.
Preferred the sufficient experiences in the customer support or development of IOT related products, or smart phones. 5 years or more experience in AI related product is preferred.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement & Technical Leadership
- Act as the primary technical interface for key IoT customers, focusing on AI-related products and solutions.
- Understand customer requirements, identify gaps, and guide customers toward optimal solutions.
- Provide proactive technical guidance and strategic direction to ensure successful product launches.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal hardware and software engineering teams to address technical challenges.
- Partner with sales and product marketing teams to support business opportunities and secure design wins.
- Coordinate communication between customer and internal teams for seamless execution.
- Project Management
- Drive end-to-end project execution for customer products leveraging Qualcomm AI and IoT solutions.
- Develop and manage training plans with appropriate scope and timing.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues by mobilizing the right internal resources.
- Innovation & Continuous Learning
- Deliver innovative ideas and analytical approaches to overcome technical obstacles.
- Stay current with emerging AI and IoT technologies to provide effective customer support.
- Promote best practices and share insights to enhance customer experience.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in technical account management, customer engineering, or related roles.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge in IoT and AI technologies, including:
- SoC architecture, AI frameworks, multimedia, telecommunications, or semiconductor technologies.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Qualcomm AI solutions and IoT platforms.
- Experience in customer-facing roles with global technology companies.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
