About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary programs across camera systems, video collaboration technologies, and Android and Linux‑based IE-IoT platforms. In this role, you will drive product readiness end‑to‑end—partnering with camera engineering, multimedia teams, Android ecosystem partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver exceptional imaging and video collaboration experiences across IoT devices.
You will be responsible for program strategy, execution excellence, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of customer‑ready documentation, reference designs, and solution guides.

What You’ll Do
Program Leadership
- Lead end‑to‑end execution for camera and video collaboration features across IoT and Android device roadmaps.
- Build and manage program plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and cross‑functional alignment across HW, FW, ISP, camera bring‑up, multimedia, and Android framework teams.
- Ensure on‑time delivery of new imaging, encoding/decoding, video conferencing, CV/AI features, and camera pipeline enhancements.
- Drive integration and validation of camera modules, sensors, ISP pipelines, codecs, media frameworks, and Android camera stack (Camera HAL, framework, app layers).
- Work closely with multimedia (Video, CV, GPU, Display) teams to ensure seamless end‑to‑end functionality for real‑time video collaboration use cases.
- Support feature definition, technical reviews, debugging coordination, and performance optimization for camera/video use cases across IoT devices (home cameras, collaboration devices, edge AI systems, etc.).
- Act as a primary interface for OEMs, solution partners, and enterprise collaboration platform providers.
- Translate customer needs into actionable engineering requirements and ensure successful PoCs, field trials, and product integrations.
- Coordinate with hardware, camera tuning, Android BSP, multimedia, cloud services, and product teams to drive cohesive product outcomes.
- Facilitate cross‑team triage for camera and video‑related issues affecting performance, stability, latency, and UX.
- Influence internal roadmaps by representing developer, integrator, and customer perspectives.
- Ensure robust pre‑merge and pre‑release validation for imaging and video features.
- Drive continuous improvement in performance, reliability, and interoperability across Android and IoT platforms.
- Oversee creation of reference implementations, demo content, and partner enablement material.
- 10–15+ years of program management or technical program leadership in camera, multimedia, video collaboration, or Android ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of:
- Android Camera HAL, media/codec stacks, CTS/GTS requirements
- Camera hardware, ISP pipelines, tuning workflows
- Real‑time video collaboration frameworks (WebRTC, conferencing stacks, AV sync, etc.)
- Multimedia components such as Video (enc/dec), CV/AI frameworks, display pipelines, GPU interactions
- Demonstrated success driving complex cross‑functional engineering programs in IoT or mobile ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Experience with IoT camera products, collaboration devices, smart displays, or edge AI cameras.
- Background in video conferencing, streaming, or AV communication systems.
- Familiarity with Android certification, multimedia performance tuning, and device‑level debugging.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
