General Summary

Responsibilities

  • Customer Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries related to product features, hardware issues, and integration challenges.
  • Design Review & Support: Conduct hardware design reviews, especially for RF and power designs; assist customers with platform bring-up, validation, and debugging.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide hands-on support for system bring-up, troubleshooting, and product development activities.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with global customer engineering and internal engineering teams to investigate and resolve customer-reported issues.
  • Documentation & Communication: Prepare and support technical documentation, clarify issue details to internal teams, and communicate accurate information.
  • Training & Promotion: Deliver product and technical training to customers; support sales/marketing in product promotion and customer evaluation.


Qualification

  • BS/MS in Electrical Engineering with experience in Wi‑Fi/networking hardware design, debugging, or application support.
  • Strong RF knowledge and ability to review RF designs.
  • Experience with lab equipment such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analyzers, LitePoint, Keysight machines.
  • Understanding of power design (converters, power efficiency).
  • Familiarity with networking technologies including Wi‑Fi, Ethernet, and PON.
  • Capable of embedded system bring-up and testing.
  • Fast learner, proactive, good communication skills, strong teamwork, and solid English ability.
