  • Identify new opportunities through user research, usage data, and market trends
  • Engage directly with users to uncover pain points and convert insights into impactful product improvements
  • Craft clear product strategies emphasizing usability, scalability, reliability, and accessibility

Drive Development

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to define requirements and user journeys

  • Prioritize features using value, effort, and feedback‑driven decision frameworks
  • Ensure platform quality, security, and performance across web, mobile, and edge‑to‑cloud integrations
  • Work with documentation and support teams to produce onboarding materials, examples, guides, and tutorials

Prepare for Go‑to‑Market & Launch

  • Lead validation cycles including early access programs, prototypes, and field testing
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to create messaging, assets, and training materials
  • Enable internal stakeholders with briefs, demos, and release documentation

Own the Lifecycle

  • Monitor product performance using user feedback, analytics, and business KPIs
  • Identify and prioritize improvements to maximize engagement, retention, and conversion
  • Support subscription model evolution, pricing decisions, and plan upgrades
  • Make data‑informed choices on iterating, pivoting, or sunsetting features

Partner & Ecosystem Leadership

  • Collaborate with customers, partners, solution providers, and research groups to gather requirements and define specifications
  • Build alignment across international, cross‑functional teams
  • Communicate complex cloud concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Explore opportunities for new cloud‑connected workflows, integrations, and future platform directions

What You Bring

  • Experience driving PLG initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion
  • Hands‑on experience working with a software delivery or engineering team
  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture, APIs, and edge‑to‑cloud workflows
  • Strong experience writing user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria

  • Experience working in agile, cross‑functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills—with the ability to bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and a proactive, user‑centric approach
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a strong plus
  • Occasional travel for meetings, events, and user engagements
