General Summary
Role Overview
The Business Process Analyst will identify, develop, deploy, and support business processes for the Supply Planning group. This includes improving existing business processes, as well as identifying and driving new processes for the team to improve scalability, flexibility, cost efficiency, and proactiveness. The role works closely with the Supply Chain Management group and IT to develop integrated solutions. The role assists in large system and process integration projects, consolidation and segregation of functions, and the creation of flexible and scalable solutions to meet organizational goals.
The candidate should have deep experience in semiconductor manufacturing, procurement and sourcing, module manufacturing, high-tech electronics assembly, and planning solutions. A background with hands-on experience in the business solution life cycle and deploying cross-functional system-based solutions is required. Experience should include writing requirements documents and functional specifications that capture business requirements thoroughly yet succinctly. The role requires strong change management skills, including on difficult projects, and close collaboration with global teams to embrace new solutions.
The role utilizes business process techniques such as RACI, process flows, and swim-lane diagrams to develop solutions, makes sound design trade-offs when challenged with resource constraints, and ensures designs are consistent with future initiatives and scalable.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 4+ years of related business process analysis experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of related business process analysis experience.

Responsibilities
- Develop and recommend new or improved business processes, policies, and system solutions
- Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement and identify indicators for future improvement opportunities
- Write functional specifications capturing business requirements
- Document user desktop procedures
- Lead end-user training
- Secure user support for new processes and provide process and systems training
- Lead status meetings, process development workshops, training sessions, and project teams
- Facilitate communication between the user community and project teams
- Excellent oral and written communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Skilled in change management
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Mastery of data management and analysis (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
- Ability to think holistically while focusing on limited-scope enhancements concurrently
- 5+ years of experience in the following areas:
- Business process analysis and design
- System design and testing
- Leading cross-functional teams
- Change management
- Project planning
- Advanced supply chain planning
- Data models and integrations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Process implementation experience is a strong plus
- Experience in the semiconductor industry
- Experience with large-scale merger and integration projects
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, data and process flows, within fabless and contract manufacturing environments
- In-depth understanding of semiconductor supply chain operations, including supply and demand management, manufacturing, planning, quality, sourcing, and supplier management
- Strong partnership skills to design and architect scalable, efficient, and flexible business designs, balancing people, process, and systems in collaboration with internal and external cross-functional supplier teams
- Experience with reporting tools such as Business Objects, Tableau, and QlikView
- APICS or similar supply chain certification
- Experience with planning applications such as Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse and Coupa/Llamasoft Supply Chain
- Experience in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and Agile ways of working
- Experience with linear programming or optimization
