General Summary

As valuable partner to our business groups, this position is expected to take following responsibilities and tasks for the financial excellence and business success

• Planning and forecasting of responsible function spending (Annual budget/Quarterly Outlook/ Quarter end Mini Outlook)
• Prepare the variance analysis report for budget/Outlook/Act bridge and highlights
• Monthly/Quarterly Financial dashboard report to business partner
• OPEX & HC daily management, including PR/PO/Non-PO review, approval, daily tracking, monthly report with financial advisory to BU lead, etc.
• Business partnership with responsible Function, including financial/process advisory, decision support, control, and risk monitoring
• Partnering with teams for month end PO/non-PO accrual
• Ad hoc assignments
  
  
  

Skills/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting/Finance
• 5+ years working experience in financial planning and analysis
• Possesses accounting skills & knowledge, familiar with PRC and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving skills, with a collaborative working style and an approachable, open mindset
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload with proactive attitude
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, A good handle on Oracle, AI tools, etc.,
• Fluent in English, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, able to build trusted relationship with diverse cross‑functional teams
• Experience in the semiconductor or related technology industry is a plus
  
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
• Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
