General Summary

System Transactions

• Perform Oracle system transactions for order entry.
• Update process information in the system.
  
  
  

Vacuum Sealing Operations

• Operate vacuum sealing machines.
• Replenish packing materials.
• Perform labeling and scanning.
• Sealing and packing activities, including:
• Affix printed labels, insert desiccants and HICs, and perform dry packing using the vacuum machine.
• Verify sealing quality and fold MBBs to fit into boxes.
  
• Conduct final checks to ensure all labeling and packing meet customer and internal quality standards.
  
  

Tape and Reel Operations

• Machine Operations
• Operate taping machines (e.g., TR48MK‑V), including setup, component loading, and parameter adjustment.
• Perform peel force tests during material changes or machine setup.
  
• Component Handling
• Ensure correct placement and alignment of components in carrier tape.
  
• Inspection and Quality Control
• Conduct visual inspections for component placement, orientation, and sealing quality
• Label reels accurately and complete production logs.
• Clean and maintain equipment regularly.
• Maintain good housekeeping at the workstation.
  
  

Other Duties

Perform other ad‑hoc activities as assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
  
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Frequently transports and installs equipment weighing at least 25 lbs.
