As a Qualcomm Software Engineer, you will design, develop, create, modify, and validate embedded and cloud edge software, applications, and/or specialized utility programs that launch cutting-edge, world class products that meet and exceed customer needs. Qualcomm Software Engineers collaborate with systems, hardware, architecture, test engineers, and other teams to design system-level software solutions and obtain information on performance requirements and interfaces.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  
  
  

As an AI QA Engineer, you will redefine testing for the Gen AI era, moving beyond traditional automation to validate the logic, safety, and reliability of intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced validation frameworks for agentic AI systems and autonomous workflows.
• Develop pipelines for hallucination detection, model quality benchmarking, and regression analysis.
• Conduct security-focused validation, including prompt-injection resistance and data leakage testing.
• Collaborate with Architects to validate AI-driven solutions against real-world enterprise constraints.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years in building/validating AI software systems or test frameworks.
• Technical Stack: Strong Python skills; experience with AI evaluation frameworks and automation tools.
• Mindset: Ability to design validation strategies for non-deterministic systems and "think like an adversary" to ensure model safety.
• Education: Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering; Masters with ML specialization preferred.
