General Summary:
Reception & Front Desk Support
- Provide phone coverage and visitor assistance
- Receive and distribute mail and delivery shipments
- Support visitor parking ticket management
- Review visitor logs and temporary badge records
- Support procurement of office supplies
- Generate iProc requests and assist vendor registration
- Support new hire, termination processes
Office & Facility Management
- Support daily facility operations for Suwon office
- Monitor daily office status and address operational issues
- Analyze facility-related problems and coordinate solutions
Receiving & Shipping Support
- Check delivered items against purchase orders
- Manage asset tagging and receiving status in internal systems
- Coordinate internal delivery and payment follow-ups
- Maintain receiving logs and monthly reports
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
OR
Associate's degree and 2+ years of Department Support Assistant or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of Department Support Assistant or related work experience.
