General Summary
As an Employee Engagement Specialist for APAC & China, you will design, deliver, and scale employee engagement programs that foster a positive and connected employee experience across the region. Key Responsibilities
Program Design & Execution
Associate's degree and 4+ years of HR-related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of HR-related work experience.

Key Responsibilities
Program Design & Execution
- Design and implement global engagement events initiatives for APAC & China, including wellbeing initiatives, and cultural events.
- Lead regional rollouts of global engagement campaigns, ensuring alignment with global strategy while thoughtfully adapting to local needs and cultural nuances.
- Partner closely with site leaders, Event Champions, and global engagement teams to ensure strong alignment and consistent execution across locations.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and external vendors to manage budgets, logistics, swag sourcing, and program delivery.
- Develop and maintain engagement toolkits, branded templates, and planning resources to enable local teams and standardize execution.
- Leverage internal communication channels (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Teams) to promote initiatives, drive awareness, and increase participation.
- Track participation, feedback, and engagement metrics to measure effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
- Contribute to regional reporting, including budget tracking and engagement insights, to support leadership reviews and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Onboard, support, and enable Event Champions across APAC & China.
- Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best‑practice exchange across sites to strengthen the regional engagement community.
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of HR-related work experience.
Associate's degree and 4+ years of HR-related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of HR-related work experience.
- Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Event Management, Hospitality, Facilities, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in events or employee engagement, internal communications, HR programs, or related roles.
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a regional or global environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools, SharePoint, and employee survey platforms.
- Passion for creating engaging, and meaningful employee experiences.
- Ability to navigate and respect cultural nuances across APAC & China.
- Creative mindset balanced with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across time zones.
