Key skills (preferred):

Scan insertion, validation and sign-off

ATPG pattern generation, coverage analysis/closure (including transition delay)

MBIST/RAMBIST insertion, validation and debug support

DFT DRCs, equivalence checks, and test-mode timing constraints
