General Summary

The Data Analyst is a key contributor within the Global Test Center (GTC) Operations group, responsible for transforming complex operational data into actionable insights that drive decision-making across engineering and operations teams. This role partners closely with stakeholders across Test Floor Operations, Post-Test Operations, Support/Mechanical Engineering, Shipping/Receiving, RMA, Materials, Warehousing, and Distribution to design and deliver data solutions that improve efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Robotics Development

• Be part of a cross-regional team that works on AI solutions to drive productivity improvements.
• Partners with operation teams to deploy robots that will integrate with business and operational systems.
  
  
  

Reporting & Analytics

• Design, develop, and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review dashboards and reports.
• Integrate data from diverse sources — including utilization data, SharePoint, Maintenance systems, and Salesforce — using QlikView and Excel to produce decision-quality management reports.
  
  
  

Data Engineering & Automation

• Evaluate data from multiple sources and develop automated solutions to streamline data extraction and reporting workflows.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint and SharePoint Online sites integrated with Power BI to enable self-service analytics.
  
  
  

Operations & Continuous Improvement

• Partner with operations personnel to identify, diagnose, and resolve production issues (hardware/software).
• Participate in cross-functional project teams focused on business process design, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives driven by data trends.
  
  
  

Scope of Operations

This role supports data needs across, but not limited to, the following operational domains:

• Test Floor Operations & Post-Test Operations
• Support & Mechanical Engineering
• Shipping, Receiving & RMA

Experience & Education

• 6+ years of progressive experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Operations Analytics.
• Bachelor's degree (4-year) in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree a plus.
  
  
  

Technical Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, QlikView, and Tableau.
• Advanced SQL; experience with data pipeline design or ETL concepts.
• Strong command of Excel and Office 365 ecosystem; SharePoint architecture knowledge.
• Proven ability to design scalable analytics frameworks and lead data governance efforts.
• Exposure to Python or R for data analysis is highly desirable.
