Purpose of the Role:

As the Digital Business Program Lead, you will lead the transformational journey of Svante’s Digital Business through expert portfolio and program management, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. You will drive change enablement strategies to maximize project success., oversee a talented team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation and elevate the Digital Business Delivery Team into a Center of Enablement, empowering stakeholders with proven methodologies and tools for impactful digital delivery across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • You have at least 8 years’ experience in a program management capacity overseeing the delivery of a combination of traditional and agile initiatives.
  • You have excellent team leadership skills, including 5+ years’ experience leading project managers, scrum masters, product owners, and/or OCM specialists in a collaborative but highly performance-driven environment.
  • You have demonstrated experience successfully delivering Information Management and Information Technology pilots, agile release trains, projects, products, and programs.
  • You have good working knowledge of most of the following: Project Online, Project for the Web, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM systems.
  • You have experience establishing contracts with providers of project services, tracking and managing service provider performance, and integrating service provider delivery staff with internal staff.
  • You have a recognized certification in Project Management, preferably PMI PMP.

Bonus Skills and Qualifications:

  • You have a recognized certification in Change Management.
  • You have skills in Kanban, Lean Agile, and/or Lean Six Sigma.
  • You have a good understanding of change models such as Prosci, Kubler Ross, ADKAR, McKinsey 7S, etcetera and how to leverage such models effectively.

What Success looks like in this role:

  • You will own and manage the planning and delivery of a broad set of initiatives per the multi-year Digital Business roadmap.
  • You will maintain trusted relationships with business stakeholders to ensure the Voice of the Customer is fully understood and integrated into the Digital Business roadmap and delivery methodology.
  • You will assist in various Digital Business Portfolio / Program roadmap activities, including department-level workforce planning, budgeting, variance tracking, and goals setting.
  • You will oversee the Change Management discipline for Digital Business and ensure that a right-sized Change Enablement framework is in place that includes practical change management structures, processes, and measures to enable technical and human-centric change success at both the portfolio and project levels.
  • You will own, manage, and continuously improve the agile-centric Digital Business Project Management Office (D-PMO) framework, including templates, guides, execution and change processes, and other governance-enabling items to support various combinations of project sizes and tailored delivery methodologies, leveraging appropriate Agile and PMBOK processes as needed to enable effective delivery.
