Purpose of the Role:

As a Supply Chain Co-op, you will play an important role in supporting Svante’s Order-to-Pay process during a period of rapid growth. Working closely with the Supply Chain team, you will assist with logistical coordination, documentation, data accuracy, and process improvements. You have strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will help manage inbound and outbound shipments, maintain accurate ERP/MRP data, support vendor communication, and assist with ongoing supply chain initiatives. You are encouraged and empowered to identify issues, propose improvements, and support the team in strengthening material flow and overall supply chain performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • You are currently enrolled in a Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related program.
  • You have strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • You are proficient in Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) is an asset.
  • You have strong communication skills and enjoy working in team‑oriented environments.
  • You naturally embrace Svante’s values and support our goals and objectives.

Bonus Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with logistics, purchasing, or inventory processes is an asset.
  • Exposure to transportation, warehousing, or material flow concepts is beneficial.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced or rapidly scaling environment is an advantage.

What Success Looks Like in This Role

  • You successfully support the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, including booking carriers, tracking deliveries, and preparing logistics documentation (BOLs, commercial invoices, packing lists, customs paperwork).
  • You maintain accurate ERP/MRP data by monitoring inventory movements and identifying discrepancies early.
  • You effectively place purchase orders, identify lead‑time issues, and help expedite materials as required.
  • You provide meaningful data analysis that supports Supply Chain decisions and operational improvements.
  • You collaborate with warehousing teams to resolve receiving issues and ensure material availability.
  • You contribute ideas for improving transportation, receiving, and material flow processes.
  • You provide reliable administrative support for supply chain and logistics activities, and assist with special assignments or projects as needed.

The actual salary offered to the final candidate is based on the salary range shown, and will vary depending on the candidate's relative experience, qualifications, and anticipated level of performance.
