Brief about the Team
The role will be for the Specialty Pharma Business vertical of TATA 1mg which closely work with the customer support team by providing support to the patients enrolled in various project.
● Business Development and Enhancement to ensure a healthy pipeline of new programs and pharma, as well as corporate clients, are maintained. Continuously engaging with Pharma Companies, Corporates, Strategic Partners and Media Agencies from an overall Program development and deployment perspective
● Concept Creation, Proposal Development and Presentations to key decision makers about 1mg platform capabilities in Pharma Companies and Corporates
● Devising market strategies and executing the same for Client's Brand Growth using 1mg's platform and off-platform monetizable assets
● Drawing insights from current programs and deriving ways to effectively increase program KPIs and ROIs
● Weekly and monthly internal stakeholders presentations on key strategic initiatives including PSPs and PAPs
● Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business while maintaining relationships with key customers and opinion leaders
● MBA with 10+ years of relevant experience in handling B2B Clients
● Excellent written and spoken communication skills
● Excellent negotiation skills to negotiate deals and contracts
● Proficient in Microsoft Office
