Brief about the Team

You will be a part of a fast-moving entrepreneurial unit working on non-linear growth ideas and will be responsible for the inside sales function for offline channel growth working closely with the field sales team. You will work in ambiguity, building and communicating a clear approach, defining strategic priorities, implementation of key programs and ensuring that growth objectives for the company are being achieved.

What will you do

● Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate a consistent flow of high-quality offline channel partner leads through various channels, including digital marketing, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events

● Lead Qualification: Implement lead qualification criteria and processes to ensure leads meet the company's requirements for channel partner candidates

● Sales Training: Develop and deliver sales training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of Inside Sales Representatives, ensuring they are equipped to engage with potential channel partners effectively

● Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the field sales team to refine lead generation strategies and align them with the company's sales goals

● Performance Metrics: Set and monitor KPIs for the Inside Sales Representatives, regularly evaluate performance, and provide coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement

● Sales Collateral: Work with the business team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and materials that support the sales process

What we are looking for

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

● Knowledge of franchise industry is a must

● Proven experience in Inside sales, with at least 2-3 years in a management role

● Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Proficiency in CRM software and lead management systems

● Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports

● Adept at team leadership, coaching, and motivation
