Brief about the Team
The role will be of the Doctors in the Corporate Health & Wellness vertical of TATA 1mg. The team will play a core part in ensuring that proper health checkups are conducted for the employees and ensure their well-being at OHCs. The team works at clients’ offices to provide healthcare services.
What will you do
OHC Management
- Medical Officer (MO) is In-charge of the Corporate Health Centre and supervises all activities of the Medical Room
- Provide medical advice and consultation to employees on various health issues and concerns.
- Develop and implement health and wellness programs for the company.
- Conduct health assessments and screenings for employees, including physical exams, lab tests, and health risk assessments.
- Provide preventive care and manage chronic conditions for employees.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for employees
- Monitor employee health and safety, including workplace ergonomics, occupational hazards, and infectious disease control
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all employees.
- Participate in the development of policies and procedures related to employee health and wellness.
- Conduct research on health trends and best practices in corporate health and wellness
OHC Compliance & Governance
- Ensuring regular Audits and compliance management i.e. health records to be maintained in a proper format
- Doing a monthly analysis of data collected from day-to-day visits of the employees. Identifying employees who need special attention and do follow up with such employees and providing them with treatment.
- Ensures all medicines are properly stocked, and all equipment is in working condition.
- Conducting training of nursing staff to upgrade their skills like First aid and other safety norms.
What we are looking for
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of health and wellness issues, including preventive care and chronic disease management
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and team members
- Strong Organizational and time management skills
- MBBS Degree with minimum of 3 years of experience
