About the Role
Own end-to-end analytics for telesales, AI sales agents, and vendor performance to drive GMV growth, conversion optimization, and cost efficiency. Build CXO-ready dashboards and deliver actionable insights for faster sales decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain single-source sales dashboards (GMV, AOV, conversion rates, cost/sale, funnel efficiency)

  • Deep-dive sales funnel leakages, campaign ROI, AI vs human performance variance

  • Analyze C-Sat correlations with AOR/IPO to optimize customer interactions

  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Product, and Marketing for data-backed GMV levers

  • Eliminate manual reporting; reduce insight TAT from days to hours

  • Track vendor performance, commission efficiency, and telesales productivity

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years in sales analytics, revenue ops, or growth analytics (e-commerce/healthtech preferred)

  • Expertise building Tableau/Power BI dashboards with complex bridges (GMV, conversion, cost)

  • Proven impact on sales metrics (AOV uplift, funnel optimization, campaign ROI)

  • Strong SQL, Python/R for funnel analysis and experimentation

  • Experience with telesales, AI agents, or vendor ecosystems a plus

Impact: Drive 10-15% GMV growth through sharper sales decisions and AI optimization.
