Brief about the Team
Tata 1mg partners with various hospitals and healthcare providers to provide medications and healthcare services to patients which may include pharmacy services such as medications dispensing, compounding, and counseling. This team manages to provide medications directly to patients at the hospital (bed side) or delivering medications to patients ' homes after they are discharged from the hospital.
What will you do:
1. Report Preparations:
o Prepare and present detailed reports as required, providing insights into supply
chain and inventory status.
o Analyze data and present findings to facilitate decision-making.
2. Inventory Management:
o Actively work on reducing Inventory Days by analyzing current stock levels
o Implement strategies to optimize inventory levels in alignment with operational needs.
o Regular DOI, DOS and Fulfilment check
o Close tracking of In-warding items
o Close tracking of Put-away process
o Close tracking of individual items location tagging
3. Collaboration with Central Procurement Team:
o Work closely with the Procurement Team to address and resolve day-to-day inventory issues.
o Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement processes.
4. MIS Report Validation:
o Prepare and validate inventory reports for accuracy and relevance.
o Ensure Timely updates and distribution of reports to stakeholders.
5. Coordination with Inventory Leads:
o Liaise with main Store Inventory Leads to implement necessary actions
o Monitor and track the execution of inventory-related initiatives.
6. Product Monitoring:
o Continuously monitor the private label products to ensure optimal inventory levels.
o Conduct proper sales projections to support inventory management decision
What are we looking for:
o B.Pharma/Graduate/MBA
o Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management, Inventory, or related roles.
o Experience with inventory management and Supply chain management processes is preferred.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
o Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
