Brief about the team
The team acts as a data-driven SPOC for Sales, managing onboarding, activations, renewals, invoicing, and COT-related tasks. It tracks daily performance, payments, consumables, and delivery timelines to ensure smooth operations, prevent revenue leakage, and enable timely issue resolution in coordination with Finance and other teams.


What will you do

• Serve as the Sales team’s first point of contact (SPOC) for task coordination
• Follow up on new onboarding, activations, renewals, and test activations
• Track and maintain open tasks related to invoicing, credit notes, and payments
• Monitor consumables and city-wise delivery timelines
• Share daily performance and issue reports
• Coordinate and resolve COT-related issues, including order cancellations
• Liaise with Finance to validate NEFT/Cheque payments and update the COT wallet
  
  
• What we are looking for
• Graduate with prior experience in a similar operational or sales coordination role
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Decent communication skills for cross-team coordination
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and tracking systems for smooth operations
