Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven operations leader to manage a large-scale telesales function (75+ agents) across in-house and BPO teams. The role will focus on driving revenue growth, improving conversion rates, and ensuring operational excellence in an assisted commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive telesales revenue and GMV targets across pharmacy and healthcare sales funnels.

  • Manage a 75+ member telesales team including in-house agents and BPO partners.

  • Monitor and improve conversion rates, AOV, connect rates, and agent productivity.

  • Manage BPO vendors and ensure SLA adherence (lead attempts, conversion, outreach coverage, revenue delivery).

  • Ensure efficient lead allocation, quick lead outreach, and high lead coverage.

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase lead-to-revenue conversion.

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, BI, and Category teams to improve lead quality and sales performance.

  • Drive quality, compliance, and customer experience improvements across telesales operations.

  • Lead SLA adherence

  • Vendor performance and utilisation


    Candidate Profile

  • 6–8 years of experience in telesales / inside sales / assisted commerce operations.

  • Experience managing large telesales teams (75–100+ agents).

  • Strong BPO/vendor management experience.

  • Background in e-commerce, healthcare, pharma, fintech, insurance, or D2C sales preferred.

  • Strong analytical, operational, and stakeholder management skills.


    Qualification

MBA / Graduate in Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
