What Will you do?

Monitor and ensure company-wide adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.

Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks.

Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks.

Coordinate with regulatory bodies and manage submissions of mandatory reports and filings.

Provide compliance advice to different departments (Finance, HR, Sales, Operations).

Investigate any compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.

Organize and deliver compliance training sessions for employees.

Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.

Prepare reports on compliance activities for senior management.

Assist with regulatory inspections, audits, and external investigations.

Support the review of contracts, agreements, and business processes for compliance risks.

Maintain and manage compliance-related documentation and databases.
