Brief about the Team
Customer Service is part of the customer experience team of Tata 1mg working on closely working with our existing and potential customers to market our products and services ensuring a great customer experience. The Trainer will play a key role in driving revenue growth by establishing relationships with new Batches and Delivering agents on Floor
What will you do
Training Delivery
- Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) and refresher sessions for Speciality Pharma teams.
- Deliver training on healthcare products, prescriptions, SOPs, and compliance guidelines.
- Facilitate soft skills, communication, and customer handling training
Content Development
- Design and update training modules, SOPs, and knowledge materials.
- Create engaging learning content (PPTs, assessments, role plays, case studies).
- Ensure training content aligns with regulatory and business requirements
Quality & Performance Improvements
- Conduct calibration sessions with Quality and Operations teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance agent performance
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Product teams for training needs.
- Support audits and ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards.
Evaluation & Reporting
- Measure training effectiveness using models like Kirkpatrick.
- Track trainee performance and provide actionable feedback.
- Share regular reports on training impact and productivity improvement.
What we are looking for
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of healthcare/pharma processes and compliance
- Ability to analyze data (QA, CSAT, VoC) and derive insights
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
