Brief about the Team

The Medical Services team is responsible for managing patient care across departments, with a strong focus on emergency response and critical care. The team works in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely medical intervention and coordination with doctors and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient care.


What will you do

  • Handle emergency cases with immediate assessment and timely intervention
  • Monitor and record patient vitals accurately
  • Assist doctors during emergency procedures and treatments
  • Ensure availability and readiness of emergency equipment
  • Provide pre- and post-treatment nursing care
  • Maintain proper documentation of patient records
  • Coordinate with internal teams for effective patient management
  • Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards

What we are looking for

  • B.Sc. Nursing qualification (mandatory)
  • 2–3 years of experience in Emergency Management
  • Strong knowledge of emergency and critical care procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (24/7 environment)
  • Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Compassionate and patient-centric approach

Working Details

  • Shifts: Rotational
    • A: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
    • B: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
    • C: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  • Work Schedule: 6 days a week
  • Gender Preference: Female
