What will you do?

1. Prescription Validation & Digitization

● Read & validate prescriptions (Rx) received through the online method and process them as per the prescribed guidelines.

● Connect with the customers via the telephonic channel and help them to create the cart as per prescription.

● Digitize prescription medicines, including dosage, duration, doctor name, patient name, etc.

2. Compliance

● Ensure strong quality checks while processing the orders.

● Ensure 100% compliance per the 1mg prescription guidelines.

What we are looking for

● 2+ years of relevant experience (pharmacist), ePharmacy experience would be preferred

● Diploma or Bachelor (D. Pharma or B. Pharma).

● Flexibility to work in rotational shifts & week off's.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong customer service abilities.

● Excellent prescription reading skills.Pharmacist should be able to resolve customer queries through voice channels
