Job Title: Senior Associate – Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Supply Chain professional from the healthcare/hospital sector to support and optimize end-to-end supply chain and procurement operations for hospitals onboarded with Tata 1mg. The role focuses on ensuring uninterrupted availability of medical supplies, cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Optimization: Support strategic sourcing and vendor negotiations to drive cost savings
• Process Optimization: Assist in drafting and implementing drug formularies, SOPs, and process improvements
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with manufacturers, distributors, and vendors for seamless supply
• Demand Planning: Support forecasting, replenishment planning, and inventory optimization
• Stock Availability: Ensure uninterrupted availability of critical medical supplies
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory health, control aging stock, and track fill rates and inventory days
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs such as procurement savings, OTIF, and service levels
• Data & Reporting: Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations

Qualifications & Experience:

• 4–6 years of experience in procurement/inventory management within healthcare/hospital/pharma supply chain
• B.Pharm / D.Pharm; MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of hospital supply chain operations
• Good analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
