Brief about the Team

Tata 1mg Corporate Health & Wellness team, under primary responsibility, is to serve as the key point of contact for existing corporate clients, taking charge of their health and wellness programs and client relationships, driving growth opportunities, and ensuring the successful implementation of health and wellness solutions for corporate clients.

What will you do:

• Polite and good at interpersonal relationship
• They manage OHC/ Medical Room along with and under supervision of FMO/ MO.
• Provide medicines to patients under doctor’s supervision.
• Check vitals.
• Maintain OPD record.
• Manage all forms of inventories.
• Keep the OHC/ Medical Room hygienically clean.
• Follow up with employees in case of medical requirements.
• Provide First Aid
• Maintain all registers and documents as per compliance.
• Helps in various vaccination programs, health checks and other health related activities.

What we are looking for:

• Candidate with 3 years experience (GNM) OR 2 Years experience (Bsc Nursing)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Friendly and professional outlook
• problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• outstanding organizational ability and effective decision-making skills
• Time and resource management for the benefit of patients
