Brief About the Team

The Consumer Products team is a center of excellence within the Category Management vertical at Tata 1mg. It works closely with leadership, product, growth, and business teams to identify and execute opportunities to launch high-impact private label products under the Tata 1mg brand. The team is responsible for identifying product opportunities, collaborating with vendor partners to develop high quality offerings, and managing the complete lifecycle — from product conceptualization to multi channel sales. These projects span across various verticals, including e-pharma, institutional business, e-diagnostics, and retail.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Executive – E-commerce & Quick Commerce to support the day-to day operations and growth of Tata 1mg’s Consumer Products portfolio across online channels. This role is suited for someone who is highly execution-focused, detail-oriented, and keen to build a career in e commerce. The role will involve working closely with internal teams and external platform partners to ensure seamless execution across listings, supply chain coordination, and pricing.

What will you do:

• Manage product listings and ensure catalog accuracy across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms
• Coordinate with supply chain teams to maintain healthy inventory and minimize stock- outs
• Execute pricing updates and track any discrepancies across platforms
• Support day-to-day platform operations, including launches and promotions
• Track key metrics and maintain basic performance reports, flag issues proactively

What we are looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, operations, or related roles
• Strong attention to detail and execution skills
• Basic understanding of e-commerce (Amazon, Flipkart) / quick commerce(Blinkit,Zepto) platforms is a must.
• Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
• High ownership and willingness to learn. Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders efficiently
